A Good Day :)

Me, Trapper and Kenzie decided to go into Salem today to run to CostCo, which is become my all time favorite store now. Got some things that we needed and then just walked around checking stuff out. We found potting soil for an amazing price and decided we're going to plant a fruit tree whenever Trap says it's the time to plant one lol. I don't have a green thumb at all lol. Then we were checking out the cameras and I've wanted a new one for awhile now. Trap went and got me a new Fujifilm camera for an early Valentine's present. Been snapping pics since we got home and plant to drive around or walk around tomorrow to take some more. After Costso we went to eat at Jack In The Box, totally love their chicken teriyaki rice bowl, freakin delicious. Then we headed home. I went to Safeway to get a few cleaning supplies and some things to make breakfast in the morning :) So we did manage to get Kenzie's bathroom clean (which she did her self), got the kitchen clean for the most part, I dusted everything in the living room. Got the garage a bit more organized and some laundry started. Ended up being a pretty nice day I think. Tomorrow Trapper's going to hopefully get his truck started, he has to put the new heater core in it and get the starter in right or something like that lol. I gotta finish up laundry and break out the vaccuum cleaner. Then hopefully just putz around the house and go out and find things to photograph :)

A Rainy Afternoon :)

Instead of wasting away the day playing games online I decided to vaccuum my whole entire house to include around the  base boards, who knew so much freakin animal hair was all over my house..ewwww lol. Then we decided to check out a ppv movie and watched The Other Guys, freakin hilarious. Will Farrell has to be my all time fav comedian. His movies are always quotable. Trap made some popcorn on his new popcorn popper :) I've been working on a layered jello dish to get rid of jello I have saved lol. Not to bad for a rainy afternoon. Think I'll go cross stitch now :)

Back at it!!

Husband reminded my I still had a blog that I had completely forgotten about lol. It's been a busy rest of 2010 and 2011 is starting out pretty busy and a bit stressful itself. We mad it home to Dallas, Oregon in March of last year. Have our own house (rented), still have our dogs that are now 2 yrs old, and Kitkat of course and we also now have 3 salamanders (that we don't name cause every time we name reptiles they die lol), a parakeet named Blueberry and a mating pair of chinchillas named Dusty and Coal. Kenzie started 3rd grade last year and is doing pretty well. I work at a retirement center as a dietary aide but I am really starting to not like it so I am looking for a new job.

Let's see what else happened: Micki now has a son and is pregnant with her 2nd baby that they found out is a girl. Brad has a baby girl that was born last November named Chloe. Mom lived with us for a while last year but is not in our own house in West Salem.

TONS of things I want to write about but it's late and I have the weekend off so I'll post more this weekend and post more often now that I'm reminded I have my blog still lol
